HOLIDAY COCKTAILS

Skip the hot chocolate this year, holiday celebrations deserve fun, festive drinks, like Cranberry Mimosas and White Russians. Not sure what to make? Here are our top cocktail selections!

  • IIDA GEORGIA CRANBERRY MIMOSA

    INGREDIENTS

    1 Lime, Halved

    2 tbsp. Sugar

    1 c. Sweetened Cranberry Juice

    1 bottle Champagne (sub sparkling water for a cocktail version)

    12 Fresh Cranberries

    4 small Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Rim champagne flutes with lime and dip in sugar. Pour 1/4 cup cranberry juice into each glass and top with champagne.

    2. Use a toothpick to poke a hole through cranberries. Thread rosemary skewer through cranberries and garnish mimosas.

  • ASHRAE WHITE CHRISTMAS MARGARITA

    INGREDIENTS

    1 (14-oz.) can Unsweetened Coconut Milk

    12 oz. Silver Tequila

    8 oz. Triple Sec

    1/4 c. Lime Juice

    4 c. Ice

    (optional) Lime Wedge, for rimming glass

    (optional) Sanding Sugar, for rimming glass

    (optional) Lime Slices, for garnish

    (optional) Cranberries, for garnish

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Combine coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    2. Rim glasses with lime wedge and dip in sanding sugar. Pour into a glass and garnish with lime and cranberries.

  • AIA ATLANTA CRANBERRY COSMO

    INGREDIENTS

    1 c. Vodka

    1 1/2 c. Cranberry Juice

    1/4 c. Triple Sec

    1/4 c. Fresh Lime Juice

    1/2 c. Fresh Cranberries

    (optional) Lime Wedges 

    (optional) White Sanding Sugar

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Run a lime wedge around each glass then dip in sanding sugar.

    2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and lime juice. Shake until the cocktail shaker is cold.

    3. Divide drinks between glasses and add cranberries for garnish.

  • US GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL BELLINI

    INGREDIENTS

    6 oz. Izze Sparkling Apple

    1 1/2 oz. Bourbon

    Splash of Champagne

    1/4 cup diced Green Apples

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Mix IZZE Sparkling Apple, Bourbon, and a splash of champagne in a tall collins glass filled with ice.

    2. Garnish with diced green apples.
